Job Description

One of our key values is passion - we are passionate about our products and business,and are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and joining us in our growth.Were looking for an eCommerce Product Manager to transform how users purchase PSN branded merchandise and then explore how cyclists make purchases within the bike industry.Alongside a cross-functional team, this role works with our existing eCommerce and CRM teams to develop and sell our branded merchandise across the globe. This is an opportunity to set the standard for the outstanding eCommerce experience within our newlydeveloped and still changing GCN app. If you are a Product Manager looking for a new and exciting role, where you can take ownership and an exciting product, then this is the perfect job for you!Youll be able to work hybrid, with 2 -3 days per week from our Bath City Centre offices.The Role:

  • Manage the product backlog for PSNs ecommerce capabilities, ensuring that the right features are delivered on time
  • Develop and communicate the vision for ecommerce within GCN
  • Deliver digital experiences focussing on customer needs and opportunities for each market
  • Identify internal and external customer needs
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality products, measured against satisfaction metrics
  • Work with standardised product development processes and work within an Agile environment
  • Contribute to the definition and delivery of customer outcomes and commercial metrics
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure product deliverables are met
  • Work closely with the Product Management Team to improve and build on team skills
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • 2 years minimum experience in Software Product Management
  • Knowledge of the best practices and tools for eCommerce trends, both in mobile applications and the web
  • Experience of using analytical tools to increase the performance of ecommerce products
  • Commercial skills, and customer focused approach to Product Management
  • Experience of working in an agile development environment
