Were looking for an experienced CRM & Email Marketer to join a hugely successful ed tech company during an exciting period of growth. Our client is certainly passionate about their social impact and are constantly developing exciting and innovative ways toempower people and have a great culture based around their values. What youll be doingAs the CRM & Email Marketer you will be part of a sizeable marketing team and be responsible for developing and growing the companies CRM Strategy by delivering on time email campaigns, automations and journeys in order generate quality leads.You will focus on scheduling, testing and creating all email campaigns alongside the content marketer and track all weekly performance against KPIs and work with the data analyst in order to develop a test strategy moving forward.Another key part will be maximising the efficiency of the CRM in terms of the data inside it and how the software is best used in order to enhance customer journeys and results. You will analyse data from reports to understand customer trends and manage thequality and consistency of data capture across all of the customer touch points. What experience youll need to apply
  • Previous experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role
  • A good understanding of Salesforce and/or Pardot
  • Data driven individualsomeone who can stay on top of data processes
  • Analytically minded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A great team player but also able to work as well autonomously
