Job Description Morgan McKinley are pleased to be working with a well known business based in Central Bath who are looking for a Credit Controller Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our growing client who is based in Central Bath. They are looking for an experienced and driven Credit Controller who wants to work for an incredibly exciting, successful, and resilient company. This is a hybrid CreditControl role with 2 to 3 days in the office. You will need to be happy to travel to Central Bath. This newly created Credit Control role offers growth and succession planning for the right candidate. You will work closely with the Accounts teams, the wider organisation, and a large number of customers. The role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
  • Deal with customer service enquiries
  • Arrange collection of customer assets
  • Collect overdue payments
  • Put payment plans in place with customers
  • Monitor customer payment performance
As the ideal Candidate you will need have previous Credit Control experience, have B2B or B2C experience, have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work within a team but also work autonomously and an excellent telephone manner. What is on offer:
