Community Co-ordinator based at Stratton House, BathAvailable Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week.A great opportunity to work in your local community to support older people to increase social inclusion.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Stratton House, Bath. You will be required to travel around the district so a clean driving licence and access to a car is also required, as well as some experience of working on different digitalplatforms. Previous applicants need not apply.The MHA Communities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and running a programme of activities, the scope of which will vary depending upon local need.All activities will seek to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness and promote the wellbeing of older people across a range of community settings.This programme could include any mix from MHAs core service offering - such as befriending, lunch clubs, social outings or clubs.
