With our unique Welcome Home approach to caring for our residents, we are committed to providing relationship-centred care, individualto each and every resident and their personal needs.We are looking for care and wellbeing assistants to join our team in our beautiful home due to open early 2023.The role of the care and wellbeing assistant is to provide the highest level of relationship centered care to residents, ensuring meaningful occupation is woven into daily life. Making sure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and care is alignedto codes of conduct, Hallmarks policies and procedures and Charter; ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. To contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home Vision: to be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationshipfocused care for all residents.If you feel you possess the necessary qualities to join our team, please apply now and one of the team will be in touch:No specific qualification is required, however QCF Diploma Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable or willingness to work towards is desirable we are ideally looking for:
