We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join a fintech brand that manages assets for a substantial number of customers in various sectors, the company has strong growth plans and investments across the business so this is a very exciting time tojoin!As Campaign Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the brand, developing and delivering copy, content, and campaigns to support client acquisition.What youll be doing
  • With a focus on Digital channels, you will be planning and delivering activities to support the acquisition of new clients
  • Managing and optimising campaigns across channels including SEO, paid search, email, display, lead gen, and video/infographics with a focus on conversion
  • Identify relevant thought-leadership content for the business and demonstrate strong copy and content in various formats, working with external content producers
  • Use data to identify and analyse compelling campaign ideas
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activity, actioning improvements when needed
  • Working closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure optimised impact and effectiveness of communications
  • Effective management of plans and budgets, ensuring plans adhere to regulations
What experience youll need
  • Marketing qualification is advantageous
  • Solid experience across digital channels including Google, retargeting activities, affiliates, CMS (WordPress or similar) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot or similar). Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
  • Experience within the Investment Management or similar space
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns, including engaging copy
  • Ability to effectively measure marketing activities and demonstrate improvements
  • Good understanding of financial promotion processes
