Job Description

AWS DevOps Engineer - Up to £75,000 - Remote first role.Are you ready to be involved in a company who are revolutionising the way we look at the Financial sector My client are on a mission to rebuild the infrastructure of investments and advice.Ultimately, they want to create a world where everybody can access the financial markets, or find the help they need, more easily and affordably than ever. Youll be working within a scale-up, backed by an enterprise business and in a time where stabilityis everything, this is one worth considering.As an AWS DevOps Engineer for our award-winning client, you will be apart of the design and implementation of the companys cloud infrastructure, automating processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability. All tech below within responsibilitiesis paramount.Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for evolving the companys CI/CD (using Jenkins, Github) tooling and pipelines
  • Developing alerting, monitoring, and incident management practices and tools
  • Building upon the companys DevOps culture
  • Providing support and guidance to the development team
  • Helping to automate the companys cloud infrastructure in AWS using Terraform as Infrastructure as Code tools.
You will be expected to have great experience with AWS and serverless architecture and will need to stay up-to-date with the latest technology. The role can be performed as a remote first basis with occasional visits to one of two offices, (Bath or Edinburgh).In return youll get the following:
