The Role As a 3D Designer, you will produce high-quality 3D designs and drawing packs, from the initial concept stage through to completed renders.Communicating with internal design teams, external departments and suppliers, as well as clients, you will ensure realistic designs are created whilst ensuring results meet and exceed expectations. Managing multiple design briefs simultaneously, you will be confident in managing your workload to meet multiple, discrete briefs, whilst working within the companys design process to ensure the highest quality of work.About YouTo be considered as a 3D Designer, you will need: - A minimum of three years experience as a 3D designer in a retail, experiential or POS design agency - To be an exceptional and original creative thinker, sketching, concept communication and 3D design skills- A good understanding of the retail environment and shopper experience - Excellent project management skills, including meeting budgets- The ability to work effectively with all levels of seniority both internally and externally- Excellent 3D Studio Max skills- Freehand sketching and ideation skills- Experience with Adobe CS, including Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop- A good level of IT literacy, especially with Microsoft Word and PowerPointIdeally, you will have an excellent portfolio that exhibits a good sense of practical design aesthetics, technical problem solving as well as innovation and creativity within the retail design sector.Technical expertise in Adobe Premier and AfterEffects Zapworks (AR) with an understanding of how AR and other digital platforms contribute to the retail sector would also be beneficial.
