Job Description

Our client is a well known technology company based just outside Cambridge. They are looking for an experienced Resource Planner to join their busy team and manage staff resources, with contractors the focus of this particular role.The main duties of this role will include:

Contracts management

Resourcing for contractor staff

Ensuring productivity targets are met

Interviewing

General ad-hoc administrative duties

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a similar role managing contractors

Resourcing and deployment experience with engineers or scientific contract staff

Good communication skills

Knowledge of IR35 is desirable

Good IT skills

A background or degree in engineering or science is highly desirable
