Job Description

Job title: Senior Project Professional - Site & FacilitiesLocation: Barrow-in-Furness, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangementsSalary: From £37,789+What youll be doing:

  • Youll provide Project Management service across the Site and Facilities maintenance activities
  • Youll carry out projects to support their effective delivery
  • Youll produce scope of works and tender documentation
  • Youll produce financial applications
  • Youll facilitate design reviews, aspect and impact assessments throughout the duration of projects
  • Youll support resolution of problems
  • Youll review risk assessments and method statements
  • Youll control, monitor and manage projects through site implementation phase, including cost and schedule
  • Youll develop and maintain good communications and relationships
Your skills and experiences:
  • Experience in a Project Management role
  • Background in Construction and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • Understanding of Health & Safety / Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations
  • Experience working on complex projects
  • Experience in Site or Facilities Maintenance
Desirable:
  • Health & Safety qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH and IOSH)
  • Familiar with Computer Aided Design Packages (CAD)
  • Knowledge of MS Project
