A small close-knit IFA firm in Sheffield is looking to take on an experienced Paraplanner as a Supervisor to help with the growth of the business.Your role will include Report Writing and Administrative duties as part of the team to ensure clients are confident, capable and informed about their investment and financial choices, including compliant advice and processing in all areas. You will be responsiblefor the supervision and workflow planning of the paraplanning team.Responsibilities: Supervision and day to day management of the paraplanning team.Dealing with staff issues and developing procedures which roll out through the team and link in to other areas of the business.Deputise for the Operations Manager when not available.Control the new business register and lead weekly sales meetingsManage the Report Writing Process on an ongoing basis and implement it in a uniform way across all clients.Produce recommendation reports as and when required in line with current regulations in a timely fashion.Generate illustrations and supporting documents, preparation of application forms/paperwork for clientsLiaise with providers to obtain information on clients existing plans including charges, fund performance, guarantees/safeguarded benefitsCash flow modellingKnowledge require to be considered: Experiences as a Paraplanner writing reports is essentialAbility to prioritise workflowUnderstand how to delegate work and create accountability
