Childcare Lawyer £40-45k Permanent Yorkshire Sellick partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a childcare lawyer to join a local authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic team with a wealth ofexperience. The successful candidate will be picking up a range of duties, such as: * Holding a caseload of care cases and pre proceedings * Advising clients on child protection, care proceedings, special guardianship, private law proceedings, fostering legislationand adoption law * Attending legal planning, PLO and Gateway meetings * Preparing for hearings and conducting advocacy in the Family Court * Drafting threshold documents Not only is this a chance to join a wider legal services team that is friendly, welcomingand progressive in their working arrangements, but there is much more than they can offer!
