Commercial Property Solicitor £40-44K Permanent Yorkshire Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Solicitor to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is the chance to join a friendly and experienced localauthority team. Our client is happy to look at someone who has experience in commercial property law. They would also look at someone who is a NQ Solicitor who has had exposure in their training contract. The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer postwill pick up a range of matters, including: * Providing legal advice in relation to commercial property * Leases and licenses * Sales and acquisitions * Landlord and tenant matters This local authorities legal team all work on a 100% remote working basis ifdesired, however their offices are open if people do want to go in.
