Education Lawyer Locum £35-55 DOE Remote working Our client, a Yorkshire based Local Authority is seeking an an experienced Lawyer to join their team for a minimum basis to support on SEN tribunal work. Day to day responsibilities for the successful EducationLawyer will be: * Managing a caseload of SEN Tribunals * Providing legal representation, advocacy, advice and support on all aspects of education law * Handling Large caseloads * Working to tight deadlines * Prioritise competing caseloads The authority arelooking for applicants that are available on a full or part time basis.
