East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking to appoint a full time Band 4 Team Medical Secretary within the Community Adult Mental Health Team. You will provide a confidential and comprehensive administrative service to the Consultant Psychiatrist’s and their medical team.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Community Adult Mental Health Team to provide an accessible, appropriate, safe, person-centered and effective service for the East Renfrewshire community. Excellent communication and organisational skills along with the ability to work as part of a team are essential as is the ability to work using your own initiative. Workload is generated by the clinical caseload and professional roles of the multi-disciplinary team. You must have experience of working with a variety of ICT systems and packages e.g. Microsoft Office as well as awareness of the operation of bespoke systems including EMIS Web, Winscribe.
