Are you passionate about promoting independence and tackling inequalities We have recently redesigned our services with a strong locality focus, as Barrhead Locality Manager, you will lead and shape our locality planning and service delivery as well as contributing to wider GGC planning and delivery groups. Working together in our Barrhead locality in partnership with local GPs, providers and community organisations, you will ensure that we meet people’s health, care and wellbeing needs closer to home by providing support in the right way, by the right person at the right time. This is an exciting time for us and we are looking for an energetic, compassionate, creative senior manager who has the right values, experience and leadership to help navigate our course in the next stage of our improvement journey.
