HOME CARE MANAGEREAST RENFREWSHIRE12 MONTH - TEMPORARY CONTRACTReed Social Care Glasgow are currently recruiting for a home care manager for our large client based in East Renfrewshire. This role is a 12 month temporary post.The salary for this role is 37,600 per annumYour Main Duties are:- to support senior home care manager in managing the delivery of care at home services in East Renfrewshire- Be Responsible for line managing home support organisers- To ensure that high quality home care services are delivered and to record and deal with any comments, compliments or complaints-To organise and monitor management information systems that will facilitate the retrieval of essential statistical data including that relating to clients, resources, service provision, training and deployment of staff.-To assist in ensuring that the relevant returns, self assessment and inspection information required by the Regulator is returned within set timescales.-To be involved in implementing HR policies and procedures e.g. staffselection, maximising attendance, performance, review and developmentetc.To be considered for this role you must have :-Degree or SVQ4 qualification in health or social care, or equivalent experience- Proven experience in the management of home care services-Ability to develop and monitor information systems, analyse data and make recommendations, financial management and planning.- Ability to work in and lead a team-Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable in approach.You do not need to have a driving licence but this would be desirable.If this sounds like your next role please email an up to date CV to roisin.mcateer@reedglobal.comReed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
