Job Description

An organisation specialising in aerial and satellite communication is looking for a driven and confident individual to join their team in a Digital Operations Apprentice role. You will provide vital support to both internal staff and engineers as well asexternal customers.You will work with the organisations brand new CRM system to ensure they continue to run a smooth operation, the status of all jobs are correctly recorded and monitored.Sound like the right role for you We want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging jobs and tracking engineers progress using new CRM system AE
  • Updating customers on appointment times
  • Liaising with engineers and customers on job status via telephone and Outlook
  • Working with card payment system Ingenico to process transactions and keeping records up to date on Google sheets
  • Escalating complaints to Line Manager
  • General administrative duties

Additional Information:
  • Salary £6.50 per hour (As your role develops your salary will increase.)
  • Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm
  • 28 days holiday
  • Salary increase after 6 months
