On behalf of this Healthcare organisation based in Barnsley, we have an opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to join the i-HEART365 team as a Operational Manager.In this role as a Operational Manager, you will manage, develop, co-ordinate and take the lead on improvement initiatives and operational processes for the Federations services whilst focusing on growing key relationships with external and internal stakeholdersto build a positive business image and a positive staff culture.If you are seeking an opportunity to expand your experience, gain autonomy, and work together with Senior Leadership, this could be the role for you.This is full-time position for 37.5 hours per week, which cover a flexible shift pattern, working evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.Location: Oaks Park Primary Care Centre, Barnsley + travel across BarnsleyHours: Full time, 37.5 per weekSalary: £30,000-32,000 per annumContract: Permanent Benefits:* 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays* NHS Pension scheme with generous employer contribution of 14.38%* Access to retail discounts via the Blue Light Scheme* Company Sick Pay Scheme (after probation)* Free parkingAbout the Operational Manager role:i-HEART Barnsley is a service providing NHS care for the people of Barnsley being delivered by Barnsley Healthcare Federation. They offer appointments with GPs and Nurse Practitioners as an extension of patients own GP surgeries opening times including Outof Hours.
