The successful candidate will handle mortgages up to £450k, with an average propertyvalue of £150k.Main Duties:This role presents an outstanding opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join an established estate agency branch in Barnsley. As the sole mortgage advisor or broker in the branch, you will receivenew mortgage leads daily. Additionally, youll have access to an extensive client base of over 5000 individuals, where youll provide a top-tier remortgage service.The Barnsley office boasts a database of over 5000 existing clients and handles properties up to £450k, with an average property value of £150k. With approximately 700 properties sold monthly in the area, the branch requires a proactive Mortgage Advisoror Mortgage Broker to collaborate with the introducer team, contacting existing clients to review their mortgage and protection policies, while also receiving fresh leads on a daily basis.Key Skills:Given the solitary nature of the role within the Barnsley branch, a comprehensive understanding of mortgages and their various products is imperative, alongside the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). Applications are open to individuals from tied, Independent,or banking mortgage environments, provided they demonstrate a strong track record in mortgage sales and possess qualifications such as CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ, along with CAS.
