Lettings NegotiatorBasic of £19,000-£22,000 BarnsleyNO PROPERTY EXPERIENCE REQUIREDThe company:If youre Passionate about property this is your chance to work for well run rapidly growing property company! You will also be given the opportunity to grow and progress working closely with the head of lettings.The package for the position of Lettings Negotiator is:

  • Uncapped commission,
  • Company Nights out and Reward Days

  • Full responsibility for your own work, no micromanagement
  • 20-25 days holiday+Bank holidays

  • Answering tenant queries
  • Tenant referencing, move ins and renewals
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Agree lets
  • Conduct Viewings around some fantastic new build flats
    • We are looking for…
  • Phone based sales, strong retail background, travel and hospitality
  • Presentable and great communicator
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Genuine Interest in Property
  • Ability to build rapport with potential new clients as well as strong relationships internally
  • Need to be able to drive
