Client DetailsPage Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading international business who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager to join them at their Barnsley based OfficesDescription
  • Provide support to international customers via phone and email
  • Build strong, long lasting working relationships with key international customers through cleat communications
  • Own customer orders from cradle to grave
  • Process customer orders accurately and in line with agreed timescales
  • Take ownership of any customer issues, looking to resolve in a timely manor with minimum impact to customers
  • Work closely with production and logistics to arrange timely delivery of customer orders
  • Keep customers updated on the status and potential changes of their order
  • Provide world class levels of service to customers during all interactions

  • Experience in a similar customer service management role
