We are pleased to be working in partnership to recruit a HR Manager/ HRBP with our client based in near South Yorkshire.As the HR Manager / HRBP you will be responsible for the HR function in the business as part of a wider HR team who have a training and recruitment function.You will be responsible for the HR team to manage all HR queries. This role encompasses operational, tactical and strategy responsibilitiesdelivering across all business functions to drive the companys strategic objectivesdriving the People agenda.This role works in a fast paced ever changing environment that is aligned with the business impressive growth plans.You will liaise and develop relationships with all Key Stakeholders in the business to support their people needs, utilising your expertise to problem solves and develop solutions in all HR cases.They are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced changing environment enjoy thinking outside the box.This role covers more than one location in the UK across various functions and as a result you will need to be flexible to travel as and when the business requires you to.
