Job Description

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.Are you looking for a part time HR opportunity Are you process driven with the ability to adapt quickly to change How about working for one of the biggest names in E-commerce, ASOSAt our ASOS Barnsley site we are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team working a part time, permanent basis. In this role you will provide timely, effective, and comprehensive support to site whilst supporting with recruitmentand selection. You will also positively promote correct behaviours and culture within your area of responsibility.You will be working 24 hours a week, the days/times are negotiable.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 (pro rata) per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (pro rata, including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll also have access to a variety of high street discounts,as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:

  • HR Administrative duties as directed by your line manager
  • Provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers
  • Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments
  • Continue to promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Experience working in a HR environment, in a people focused role
  • Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Good use of Microsoft Office and experience working with HR databases
  • Any payroll experience would be an advantage
