Job Description

Do you want to work for a business that is constantly raising the standard in everything they do to achieve their vision of being the customers first choice for logistics innovation, excellence and partnershipMy client is looking for HR Administrator you will be assisting the HR team in the effective day to day running of the HR Department and providing an effective administration service to management teams and employees.Responsibilities;

  • Effective internal HR support and guidance
  • Co-ordination of recruitment activities within the depot including on boarding of new team members
  • Provide advice and support to employees and the management team
  • Utilise the SAP HR System to deal with all aspects of employment
  • Collate and produce HR reports
  • Maintaining internal databases/ spreadsheets and ensure an accurate electronic filing system
  • Involvement in HR related projects, policies and initiatives as required
  • Ensure effective communication with employees on site
  • Support and promote the site cultural agenda and assist with driving this forward
What you will need to Succeed;
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Systematic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • IT literate, ability to use a range of different softwares including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility - this position does require a degree of flexibility as occasionally attendance is required outside of normal office hours.
