Are you looking for in an autonomous and varied Temp HR role If so, this could be for youOur client is an education support business based in Barnes, SW LondonThe role: They have a need for an HR Admin/ Recruitment Generalist to be responsible for all aspects of HR and Resourcing for this site. This is a great role for a person with some HR / ER experience who is looking to build on their experience for an autonomousrole/ progress to HR Advisor very quickly. Key responsibilities

Relationship building/ employee engagement
Support ER (culture, retention, D&G etc) -
All aspects of recruitment and onboarding
Overview of entire recruitment/ onboarding process
Supporting various projects including change projects
Liaising with all levels of stakeholders
Supervision of the HR Administrators

Skills & qualifications

Some experience within all aspects of HR (ER, Recruitment, employee engagement etc)
ER experience (running cases from start to finish) - not essential
Proven stakeholder management experience / able to work autonomously
Ideally studying CIPD
