Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are working alongside a well established care provider who are currently looking for a Assistant Service Manager to join their team!As the ASM you will be will be working alongside the Service Manager to inspire and motivate the team to provide high quality service as well assist in implementing current legislations and CQC requirements.

Acting as a role model in the delivery of active support, you will be promoting and maintaining person - centred approached and inclusive community links.

You will be expected to attending appointments with the residents, attend care reviews, review and update care plans and risk assessments, record and monitor daily logs, lead shifts, administrate medication and cover rota when necessary.

Requirements:

Have experience of supporting people with disabilities and complex needs

Have experience of managing small to medium staff teams

Ideally hold a full valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Be flexible to work early mornings (7:30am - 3pm), late evenings (2:30pm - 10pm), days (9am - 5pm) and sleep ins across a 7 day rota. Occasional waking nights may be also be requested
