What does this Senior Care Assistant job involveHours of Work: Up To 48 hours per week - Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 3 or 4 Days A Week / Alternating Weekends / Some flexibility can be discussed.

Leading a small team of Care Assistants and reporting to the Home Manager.
Carry out regular audits and drills.
Administering medication.
Carry out Personal Care
Anything else delegated to you by the Home manager.
