And its why were the UKs No. 1 choice for business waste management.A quick look at the role.To win new business and achieve annual sales targets calculated on a weekly objective basis.To support all customers with regards to enquiries with regards to waste services, utilising a consultative sales approach for both inbound and outbound calls. Basedat Midland Court, Barlborough but working in conjunction with the London Region. Leads to be converted via inbound leads generated through London marketing activitySalary: Upto £22,000 basic + CommissionHours: Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.00pm)Why its an opportunity not to be wasted.

  • Consultatively sell Biffa Waste Services to meet the customer requirements with an aim of exceeding the customers expectations, exhibiting customer service excellence on every call.
  • Investigate and fully resolve customer problems within the first 1 month of service.
  • Support the team leader in any escalations, coaching and general staff resource.
  • Ensure accurate data is taken for every customer to ensure a smooth transition from contract process to service implementation.
  • To act as a customer advocate intermediary ensuring support for all customer calls.
  • To carry out any job-related tasks assigned by Team Leader.
  • Effectively use CRM to enter sales leads, customer contact and accurately record sales activities in line with the quality guidelines for the department.
RequirementsHeres what we require:
  • Proven track record in sales and a passion for over achievement
  • Ability to work at speed whilst retaining data accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Articulate with an ability to communicate both verbally and written
  • Be resilient and demonstrate a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Ability to communicate in writing, on a one to one basis, via the phone with all levels including management, team members, internal and external customers.
