Part Time New Homes Sales Advisor - Barlborough - £12 per hour A hugely exciting and rare opportunity to join this leading and firmly established Estate Agency brand who also deal in selling New Homes on behalf of developers.My client is now looking for a professional and experienced Part Time New Homes Sales Advisor to work on their site in the beautiful location of Balborough. The candidate will have either New Homes or Estate Agency experience.Purpose of New Homes Sales Advisor role: As a New Homes Sales Advisor you will work closely with potential buyers and others on site to ensure all the new homes are ready for viewing and sale whilst conducting these viewings. You will also be negotiating deals and liaising with buyers and solicitors alike for a smooth process to completion.A successful New Homes Sales Advisor is positive, professional and vibrant. They have lots of energy for life and are driven to meet targets all whilst giving an excellent customer service experience. You will also need to have a proven good sales track record. Key Skills for New Homes Sales Advisor:• Previous New Homes or Estate Agency experience• Excellent communication and customer service skills• A team player with excellent organisational skills• Well Presented and Well Spoken Working Hours: Friday 1pm - 5pm Saturdays and Sundays 11am - 4pm Required skills
