Job Description

Graduate / Trainee Recruitment ConsultantBarlborough, SheffieldUp to £22,000 + BenefitsWeve just revamped our training course here at Chase & Holland and already is proving to be a great success with our current consultants earning bonuses and winning business.Your training programme will take place over six months. Over this time, well give you all the skills and knowledge you need to be a great recruitment consultant with genuine influence within your given industry. You will have support from an Internal Trainer,a hands on Managing Director and an understanding bunch of colleagues.In Return Youll Receive:

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Cold calling potential clients to gain new business and better understand their needs
  • Attending regular client meetings
  • Working in partnership with clients to fill all given vacancies
  • As a specialist recruiter, you will advise clients on the candidate market and any key trends
  • Using a company database, job boards, adverts, and social media to source candidates
  • Regularly meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs
  • Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
  • Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers.
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday 36 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday.Required Skills & Experience:
  • To be considered for this role you must have a genuine interest in building relationships with both your candidates and clients
  • Have up to a maximum of 2 years experience in either recruitment or sales experience
  • You will be a confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Ideally, you will be a graduate ready to start a career that offers realistic progression opportunities
  • Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed
  • To succeed in recruitment you will be self-motivated and able to work often to tight deadlines.
