Job Description

You will be building trusted relationships with other departments across the company to create and take opportunities that others darent.Job role:We need help. The company is growing and we are struggling to keep in touch with certain metrics & KPIs. These elements were easy to stay in touch with when we were smaller but now we need this new role to help measure performance across commercial elements, people & systems performance.This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the top tier of a company, working across a broad range of areas in analysis and reporting. You will "test, track & trace" a range of things to supply real time information in order to make the most informed recommendations to enable business continuity and increased performance.   • Collate reports to deliver to the MD in various areas of business performance against KPIs
  • Reviewing and challenging how the departments are performing against their aims and objectives, reporting the findings back to the Senior Leadership Team by way of reports and attending meetings
  • Reviewing any incident reports and working with stakeholders to recommend robust measures to prevent further incidents
  • React to system notifications across multiple areas of the business
  • Optimise the task management system through checking and supporting users
  • Work with heads of departments to identify problems and find solutions across the business
  • Reviewing processes and procedures across the business providing recommendations
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Attend and contribute to selected meetings
  • Providing admin support to the MD & Office Manager as required
  • Who you are:
  • Ready and willing to take on and cope with a broad range of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Analytical skills, the ability to collect and analyse information and present recommendations
  • Have the ability to look at a problem and come up with a solution
  • Comfortable with making decisions
  • Able to work in a fast pace business environment and the ability to cope with momentum and ever changing demands
  • Posses a high level of organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Have an open minded approach with an eye for detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, including presenting information to Directors
  • Judicious and discreet in your conduct
  • Naturally curious
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word & PowerPoint or equivalent
  • A level educated
