Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager - New BuildsLocation: Barlborough, United KingdomSalary: Up to £57,500 DOE + Car Allowance + Pension + HealthcareAre you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager with a strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks within the construction industry Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead mechanical projects in high-rise buildings Our client,a leading player in the industry, is seeking a talented and dedicated Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team in Barlborough.About the Role:As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical services on high-rise construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintainingthe highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, contributing to the success of high-profile developments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of mechanical contracts, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks, in high-rise buildings.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including site supervisors and engineers.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and challenges in a proactive manner.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical projects in high-rise buildings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Full UK driving license.
