Job Description

  • As we develop our operating model you lead the design, development, and documentation of end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Lead development of process maps, workflow diagrams, and other visual aids to clearly communicate process flows and dependencies
  • Define policies and standards for maintenance and ongoing change of process architecture assets
  • Develop process key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for optimization
  • Work closely with process owners, project teams to ensure that business change maintains process improvements into project plans, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analysts, on best practice
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations to senior leadership on process-related strategies and initiatives

  • 10 years of experience in process architecture, business analysis, business process management, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in process modeling tools
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization
  • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and guide a team
