Job Description

As an IT Project Manager you’ll be working within a fast-paced delivery team to manage a range of large and exciting IT projects, from new site fit-outs to state-of-the-art manufacturing solutions. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of project scope andbudget, project governance, team management and stakeholder engagement.As such, you’ll be working across a number of teams within IT and across the wider organisation, with opportunities to try new things, enhance our delivery methods and contribute to a culture of continual improvement.You’ll get:

  • Experience working in an established but growing delivery team, in an environment that is fast-paced and demanding.
  • Experience working within multiple project delivery methodologies and across a range of large, complex IT projects: Infrastructure, bespoke software and SaaS.
  • Exposure across the whole organisation (you won’t be operating solely within the IT team).

  • Smart, enthusiastic, high-performing individuals with a strong track record in IT project management, who enjoy problem solving, getting stuck in and can communicate brilliantly.
  • Capability to manage multiple complex projects at one time, handling conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience and deep understanding of a range of delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Kanban and Scrum.
  • A track record of continual improvement, with evidence of supporting, coaching and mentoring other colleagues, contributing to the overall success of an IT department.
