Is Customer Service as important to you as it is to us Are you organised, motivated and experienced in working towards KPIs in a Customer Service environmentWe are looking for fantastic Full-Time Customer Relations Advisors to join our busy team! Working 40 hours per week (remote work during rotad Sundays/Bank Holidays).We have places available in our smart offices just for you. We are looking for flexible, hard-working, dedicated people to join our Customer Relations team. We have a lot of experience to pass on to the right people. Working in a small, friendly team you will work under Jade, our Customer Relations Manager. Jade has been with us for over 5 years (She worked her way up too!). The company employs over 100 people and has a relaxed but focused atmosphere. Our offices are awesome, everything is new and shiny with facilities like chillout rooms for playing video games or taking time out - You get good benefits working for a video games company :)Our boss, Nick, started the business 15 years ago and has never stopped investing in the business or the staff. We have launched a performance recognition system (which we developed internally) to help people progress in the company and we recently expanded our fantastic facility at Barlborough. We have some great plans for the future and we need more people to help us achieve them.   • Responding to customer queries via Emails, Live Chat and telephone.
  • General order administration such as refunding and replacing orders, arranging and sending out spare parts and going the extra mile for customers.
  • Meeting service levels KPIs for all customer contact channels.
  • The Candidate:
  • Must be computer literate and have professional experience in email and telephone customer contact.
  • Being motivated and passionate about Customer Service is essential in this fast paced environment.
  • Must be flexible and able to work remotely during Sundays/Bank Holidays if rotad.
