Hard Landscaping Team LeaderSalary: Up to £35,000 Depending On ExperienceHere at Blue Iris Landscapes we are very pleased that due to a continued demand for our services, we are looking to expand our Landscaping team and recruit a new Team Leader who has significant experience and produces work of excellent quality.The successful candidate will be able to lead a small team from the front, have a great eye for detail, be passionate about what they do and have a proven record of hard landscaping and creating beautiful gardens. You will have a great can do attitude and be able to develop your team to meet your exceptional standards too!You will leave the main base for 7:00am (ST12 9DQ), Monday to Thursday we aim to leave the last job at 4pm and on Fridays we leave the last job at 3pm.As a Team Leader and a Professional Landscaper here at Blue Iris Landscapes, you will be hands on and knowledgeable in all areas of landscaping and experienced in leading a small team.About you:* A proven record of hard landscaping and maintaining grounds to a high standard.* Full driving licence, ideally with a trailer licence.* Enjoy working outside in all weathers.* Be physically fit.* Personally motivated.* Good motivational skills.* Able to work to deadlines.* A substantial amount of practical experience within a similar role - including laying flags, erecting fencing, decking and grounds work.
