The location has it all and with a year-round appeal they are the perfect place to further your career.This is an exciting time to join the English &Crystal Living side of the business as their business environment continues to evolve, they are shaping their future and developing the way Fiskars Group operates.Our client is looking for an eCommerce Technical Specialist, Waterford, who will be responsible for the technical management and development of Waterford’s digital platforms on a global level. The successful candidate will be the main user of the content management systems and ensure the platforms, UX and content are designed in a way which increases visitor engagement and conversion and that the brand and business needs are met. You will work closely with the Global eCommerce Manager, marketing and IT development team to execute multivariant testing, platform enhancement and UX projects. Testing, tracking, analysing and developing the platforms according to the results and following brand strategy and business goals.You will lead the data-driven development of Waterford.com following defined strategy and business goals (SEO, UX, CRO, A/B testing etc.) and act as the technical specialist and key user for the CMS and ecommerce systems within the team.In addition, you will be responsible for the ecommerce backend operations in collaboration with the logistics, customer service, finance, IT and process owner teams, whilst working closely with the Global OneDigital IT team to ensure continuous site development projects are delivered on time and within scope.To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with web technologies and CMS tools in an e-commerce setting
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS etc.
  • Front-end development knowledge
  • Site Core experience advantageous
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Previous experience of A/B/Multivariant testing
  • Experience of technical SEO requirements
