This school believes that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and is dedicatedto making that happen.Learning Support AssistantResponsibilitiesAs a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a vital role in ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Assisting teachers in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting students in their social and emotional development.
  • Collaborating with teachers and fellow support staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to further your career.
Learning Support AssistantRequirements
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of students.
  • A desire to learn and grow as an educational professional.
