This is an opportunity for you to work with some extraordinary and aspirational students in a developing area of East London. The school is driven by the dreams,aspirations and ambitions of its students and the wider community.They are seeking to recruit an ambitious Teacher who shares their vision and ambitions for young people. You will be joining a highly motivated and passionate group of staff who work tirelessly in the best interests of the students. Staff development iscentral to everything the school does and you will receive weekly coaching sessions and a personalised CPD programme which best fits your needs and clear pathways for progression.This role will include:

Teaching Drama
Completing your ECT
To have a passion for and expertise in your subject area.
To plan and deliver lessons which consistently challenge students’ thinking and force them out of their comfort zone.
To be a reflective practitioner constantly striving to improve your practice.
To review and develop the curriculum.
To review and develop the Tracking Assessments.
