Are you in good location to Barking and Dagenham and looking to join a growing company with good opportunity and progression.There will be a pool car on site and one when you go on call out to take home but the sites one in Barking within walking distances.You will be Electrically biased with an Electrical qualifications either NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds level 2 and 3 and holding your test and inspection would be a massive bonus. or MechanicalCovering 2 sites in Barking and Dagenham, most residential properties working on HIUS.Benefits will include 28 days holiday plus Bank holidays pension contribution of 10% from the employer , 8% from you.you will make your own way to site , hours are 8am - 4pm.Call out will be 1- 4 stating in January.for on call you will receive £150 standby per weekTime and half after working hours and double time after Midnight.Saturday time and half up to midnight and Sunday double time.Meet or better all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental targets.Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statement (RAMS) when required.Carry out plant isolations.Maintenance responsibility for all mechanical, electrical and building management system (BMS) employed within the BD Energy systemCarry out reactive maintenance when required by plant priorities.Complete plant improvement projects as time allows.Pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, fixing leaks, HIU servicing, fault finding, boiler checks, water treatment / temperature monitoring and constantly look for ways to reduce the overall cost of the production.HV switching, following training.Liaise with contractors to complete work safely.Administer and review Job logic for historical trend & reliability analysis, and in order to maintain accurate inventories.Provide where necessary out of core hours call out cover for customers following the appropriate training and assessment.undertake RCA on component failures, generating and implementing modifications & improvements to address reliability and performance issues within the plant.Provide cost estimates for improvement projects and generate capital requests for these projects.Participate in capital projects at all stages of implementation through to commissioning including pre-delivery inspections & installation of new plant forarea of responsibility.o) Performance against job specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)p) Support the improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) as required.q) Any other reasonable tasks requested by the BDOM.r) To work towards becoming an authorised engineer under our safety rules.Dont delay apply now.
