We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a successful sales teams of Inbound and outbound account /customer service representatives.The role is working for a successful growing established business based around 10-15 minutes drive from Bargoed.A car driver would be preferred due to location.Main Duties:To lead and motivate a team of Account Representatives to develop and maintain strong working partnerships with customers.Ensure the sales and service performance of all products is driven dailyEffectively communicating performance and progress against objectives within your assigned teams.Assessing overall performance through analysing various reports and customer satisfaction reporting, producing action plans to mitigate improve performance.Conducting regular and effective team meetings within your team.Completing call quality and process audits to ensure standards and compliance are at continually high levels, feeding back, documenting and action planning any identified areas for improvement.Maintaining spreadsheets and producing reportsUpdate team sheets / board daily and report on team performance weekly / Monthly.Supporting the small contact centre and working well with other departmentsSkills needed Experience ideally within the business-to-business sales environment.Excited by driving teams to deliver performance targets that enable income growth.Professional and friendly, delivering exceptional team leading capabilities.Able to navigate objection, enjoy negotiation and resolving complaints.Proactive and use initiative to organise and coordinate your team.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, target orientated, flexible and be able to use your own initiative.To be experienced in generating sales revenues through outbound telesales activity to New Prospects, Existing Customers and Lapsed Customers.The company offer a fantastic fun and positive working environment with excellent benefits and on-going support and training.Monday to Friday covering hours between 8am - 6pm ( 37.5 per week)
