Job Description

Nos Da Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join their well established team based at their head office in Bargoed, Caerphilly.The RoleRecruitment ResourcerReporting directly to the Branch Manager

  • Salary; £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (Salary is negotiable dependent on experience)
  • Additional payment for out of hours on-call service
  • 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • 28 Days Holiday Plus All Bank Holidays

Job Description
  • Proactively lead recruitment for the branch using job boards provided.
  • Oversee the compliance for the branch ensuring 100% compliance; DBSs, References, Training
  • 360 Recruitment Role; Proactively lead recruitment for the office ensuring staff targets are set, managed and delivered addressing underperformance as required.
  • Act as the escalation point for all customer complaints and issues ensuring customers receive the highest levels of customer service and the companys brand is maintained at all times.
  • Working towards reaching the companies financial targets.
  • Assisting HR & Payroll with Ad-hoc basic tasks.
  • Ongoing supervision of candidate database.
Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 1 year Recruitment experience or recruiting internally (Ideally healthcare but will accept others)
  • Full Driving License
  • Exceptional Phone manner
  • An individual who is looking to progress and have a long career
