Job Description

Our established client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis.Dealing with quality documentation, process development, and actions associated with maintaining compliance and departmental and Corporate KPIs.Detailed tasks:

  • Process Complaints within Database System to high standard and within given time lines.
  • Support follow-up questions associated with complaints.
  • Support and manage Field Actions from initiation to field sales, through to reconciliation, return of items where required.
  • Gather data for KPI monitoring, perform trend analysis, and generate reports.
  • Control Documents in the Commercial business QMS.
  • Amend and develop new documented processes where required.
  • Be familiar with both internal and external audits.
  • Maintain and improve Compliance in line with Quality System and Corporate requirement.
Skills:
  • Ability to handle high volume of correspondence and identify and prioritise work accordingly.
  • Work both independently and co-operate well with others when teamwork is required.
  • Ability to prepare high quality, clear communication materials to the appropriate audience.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • IT office skills, and spreadsheet data handling.
  • General Secondary Education demonstrating competency in Maths, English, and Science.
  • Further Education / Qualifications desirable, though not essential.
  • Experience in working with / within Quality Management Systems.
