We are seeking a caring and experienced individual to become a Deputy Manager for our Service in Bargoed, Mid Glamorgan supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs. Vacancy DetailsSalary: Competitive, 37.5 hours per week.Your duties as a Deputy Manager will include supporting the Home Manager, and deputising their absence, to undertake all aspects of managing the home, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained and adhering to all requirements and regulations.An appropriate balance is needed between management and hands-on work, meeting the needs of the people we support living in the home.
