Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorSalary base is £18896 plus bonus of up to 500 per month. Join this highly successful company as a Customer Service Advisor. This company offers a vast variety of benefits as well as a generous performance bonus of up to £500 per month 6K a year on top of salary.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in acting as a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers in relation to their orders and calling outbound customers for orders.Main Responsibilities

  • Handle outgoing calls, logging all new orders efficiently and effectively
  • Maximise and contribute the volume of new business coming in by cross selling
  • Log and manage all relevant calls
  • Apply / invoice any vouchers or discounts to customers
Skills Required
  • Have an attitude that is second to none with regards to Customer Service
  • Self-motivated and have the drive to succeed in an ever-changing marketplace.
  • Able to work on own initiative but also to take direction from others.
  • A strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
