Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Training Sales Account Manager.Key duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify the apprenticeship training needs of new and existing employers
  • Provide apprenticeship programme funding advice to employers
  • Undertake Health and Safety Appraisals at employer sites
  • Support all new employers through the on-boarding process at the start of new programmes
  • Undertake employer engagement through phone calls, site visits and networking events
  • Evaluate the employer and apprentice experience as part of continuous improvement
  • Actively promote employer participation with surveys and evaluations
  • Ensure employer complaints are received and dealt with appropriately.
  • Provide employers with apprentice progress reports as appropriate
  • Utilise labour market intelligence to identify business development opportunities
  • Work with all teams to secure business development
  • Ensure all business development records are accurate and up to date
  • Participate in operational meetings as appropriate

  • Good administration skills and experience updating a CRM system
  • Ability to work to targets.
