We are looking for an administrator to work and support an established procurement team based in Rhymney Tredegar.The role will be to assist with all the company promotional updating the annual catalogue and relevant database where the all product information is held. You will liaise with suppliers and the team to improve the presentation of information within the catalogue.You will also act as first line of response for all product related queries.The Role : Ensure product information and images are held centrally and are accurate and customer friendly for each type of marketing channelLiaise with suppliers and internal team to assist sales with customer queriesManage sales training from suppliers (annual programme to be managed and executed)Define price points in line with pricing structures & policiesProduct database maintained to ensure complete and accurate information is presented through all media channels.Identify and nominate alternative products and accessories and update all relevant systems where applicableContinually review & improve content, liaising with Suppliers to obtain additional informationMonitor products on backorders and suggest alternatives where possibleKey player in production of annual catalogue and equivalent online customer experienceAssist promotional product forecastsMonitor inventory to identify and reduce risk of aged stockPrepare, review and distribute reports and other performance dataSkills Excellent customer service experienceExperience with updating excel informationGood at analysing figuresAbility to pick things up quickly and work as part of a teamCompany offer a fantastic working environment with extensive benefits and career progression.Mon-Friday9-5pm.
