Job Description

As an RE Teacher you will:
  • Create and deliver a broad and engaging curriculum, including providing differentiation where necessary to support the needs of all students.
  • monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/form tutor
  • contributing to the process of monitoring and evaluating the subject area
  • maintain appropriate records and track student progress
You must hold:
  • Full qualified teaching status
  • Have experience teaching the curriculum from KS3- A level (this can be through teaching placements)
  • Have knowledge of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4, and of writing lesson plans, developing resources and assessing students work
  • Have good written and spoken communication skills
  • Be able to work effectively with a team, including support staff in the classroom
