Job Description

  • Do you have SAGE experience.
  • Do you have experience of working within the construction / building sector.
    • Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Part Time Administrator to join a family run business near Banstead.Initially joining on an ongoing temporary basis, there is a possibility that it could move into a permanent part-time opportunity in the future.Work Pattern:
  • 21 hours a week - ideally 3 full days a week, however, could be split to accommodate school run/family commitments if applicable
    • Duties:
  • Confident manging and tracking of client records - ensuring that each contact is allocated to the correct project
  • Being one of the first points of contact for clients and customers to the business - predominately over the phone, and occasional face to face visits.
  • Simple bookkeeping and basic accounts duties, including - banking, invoice logging, chasing payments
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook on a day-to-day basis.
